Heidi Arndt is an executive with deep expertise in establishing, developing, and managing multi-location dental groups across the United States. With more than two decades of experience advising and consulting emerging, mid-market and elite DSOs, Heidi supports clinicians, owners, and investors to align both align clinical success with and overall business success.

From September 2019 through August 2021, Heidi served as Chief Executive Officer for Strive Dental Management, a private equity-backed DSO based in Austin, Texas. Heidi joined Strive Dental Management as Chief Operating Officer before being promoted to Chief Executive Officer after advancing the company’s same-store growth by 18% over a two-year period. In July of 2021, Heidi successfully led the company through a transaction and equity sale transaction. 

Prior to joining Strive Dental, Heidi founded Enhanced Hygiene, a boutique consulting and training firm focused on implementing strong hygiene clinical and operational systems at DSOs across the United States. In 2017, Heidi founded Enhanced Practice, a sister consulting company to Enhanced Hygiene. She successfully sold and exited both companies in early 2019.

Heidi began her career as a clinical dental hygienist at various dental groups, including Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota and American Dental Partners in Wakefield, Massachusetts. During her clinical tenure at American Dental Partners, Heidi was promoted to National Director of Dental Hygiene. In this role, she managed hygiene revenue growth and led the dental hygiene development activities for more than 250 practices and 1000 dental hygienists across the United States.

Throughout her career, Heidi has participated in and hosted several leading industry events and in 2019 launched Dental Group Evolution, an internationally attended conference focused on supporting the development and growth of dental groups and emerging DSOs. Heidi has also served as the Chair of the Educational Committee for The Association of Dental Support Organizations (ADSO), where she was responsible for establishing the curriculum for ADSO's membership events. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Minnesota.
